Let's Take Our Fibroids in Our Own Hands

I feel like opening up with the hopes that's another sisters life is saved.
A few months ago I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids. And of course the doctor gave me two options:
1. Birth Control
2. Surgery to remove the fibroids although they may return. And of course they want to cut up this chocolate skin and scrape my womb. Hell to the nah.
When I mentioned a holistic approach of course they gave me this huge lecture. Well duh. Westerners are retarded. And the goal is to keep you sick so you can stay on medication forever. No sir not me.
So I suffer from severe cramps before and during the first day of my cycle. I have like severe PMS which affects me in my daily life.
So I started researching.....
And I came across something called a #YoniDetox. Yoni is just another name for vagina.
Pretty much with this detox you insert a tampon like herb infused concoction into your vaginal canal. And what it does is contracts your muscles to release any blockage you have hiding in your womb.
I've added some pictures to show things that have come out of other women. NOTE: These are photos from other women. None of this is from me.
This is also good for women who suffer from endometriosis, reoccurring bacteria vaginosis and yeast infections.
Sometimes the monistat and flagyl just won't work.
Also WHAT ARE WE EATING: I've found that when I consume large portions of red meat my cramps tend to be more severe which isn't normal. You should not be in severe pain from your menses. You shouldn't be a heavy bleeder no matter what size you are.
So I've decided to make some lifestyle changes as well. I'm gonna try to cut out all sugars, yeast, and meat and have a raw food diet for a few months. This will also help with clearing up skin blemishes.
I just wanted the opportunity to discuss this with some women who feel ashamed or embarrassed to have these discussions.
I'll be posting video testimonies of other ladies who've actually tried this. It's helped get rid of all those things I mentioned and boosted their chances of fertility. One sister I'm happy to announce is 12 weeks pregnant after trying to 10 years.
